Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (if applicable)
  • Handmade items (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • All handmade items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
    If your handmade item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Returnable Items
If you’re not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 7 days upon delivery for a full refund. Please email Hello@theorcahouse.com with your order number and reason for return. For damaged or incorrect items, include photos.

Items must be: 

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Return Shipping & Processing Time

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
